A framework disguised as a communication model.
WHEN COMMUNICATION BECOMES A HUMAN SYSTEM
For years, I found myself moving between seemingly different worlds.
Brand strategy and behavioral science.
Corporate communication and emotional intelligence.
Neuroscience and human connection.
The Neurobiological Communication Science Protocol emerged from a simple observation:
Communication is never received through language alone.
Every message passes through perception, emotion, memory, nervous system regulation, and meaning-making before it becomes understanding.
This project brought together years of research, practice, and interdisciplinary exploration into a single framework designed to better understand how people process information, build trust, and create connection.
What began as a communication question gradually became a human one.
How do people make sense of the world?
And what happens between a message being sent and a message being felt?
The protocol continues to inform my work across strategy, communication, facilitation, and human-centered design.
Because communication is never only about words.
It is about the systems beneath them.
